Note entry playback shouldn't transpose from concert pitch

1. Create a new score with a transposing instrument (such as Bb trumpet)
2. Click to select "Concert Pitch"
3. Add a note to the score

Notice that the playback during note entry is incorrect. (Press the play button for comparison).
