A known and reported bug when loading scores from 1.x into 2.0. Version 1.x scores don't store the soundfont they use, but scores in 2 do. The default soundfont is supposed to be loaded as a fallback when reading 1.x scores in 2.0 but it isn't. See:

Ok, f i understand default one in parameter is not loaded when file 1.1 is imported.

Yes. You need to load the soundfont each time. If you save the score in 2.0 format, the soundfont _should_ be stored in the MSCZ and should load up properly back in 2.0.
