Decrease Reverb and Chorus to the minimum and increase volume to maximum by default
As I usually create piano scores, I don't tend to have these anywhere other than the lowest setting. Others have also expressed they have similar settings (link ).
I listen to uploaded scores (e.g. MuseScore.com), but the users (possibly unaware) haven't adjusted the settings to the lowest, so notes in a piano (or whatever instrument, depending - particularly if played fast) sound indistinct, because the reverb sounds like the pedal of a piano being held down throughout. Similarly, chorus is an effect, and isn't always appropriate for each score.
Could settings be placed to the lowest by default, please?
Also, could the volume (in the Mixer anyway) be increased to the maximum? I change it if I have other instruments in the score.
Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (5025) - Mac 10.6.8.

I agree with turning off reverb/chorus by default; it's usually the first thing I do. It would be nice to have global reverberation settings as it has more to do with the room than the instrument anyhow.
