If you use the command "Reset note and rest groupings", a note or chord sounds unexpectedly in one of the selected measures when the operation is complete.
Current master doesn't have the command "Reset note and rest groupings".
I suspect https://musescore.org/en/node/153091 and "Reset shapes and positions" as candidates :) Both commands don't lead to suspicious sound.
