1.x scores feature incorrect staves for percussion
1. Open attached (mscz) score (produced in 1.1).
Expected result: 'Percussion 1 line' stave.
Actual result: 'Percussion 5 lines' stave.
Discussion: Using the MuseScore to save in their formats, LilyPond 2.14.2-1 and Finale NotePad 2012.r1 show the above result too. If you output as MusicXML (attached), MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build will open it correctly.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5329) - Mac 10.6.8.

I wonder if this applies to instruments other than percussion.
I cannot reproduce.
Confirmed for master.
Opening 1.3 score in 2.3.2 shows 1-line staff. If you save this score in 2.3.2 and open in 3.0, it will show you 1-line staff. So, fixed.
