The 2nd time volta line should extend for only measure 16 in 2.0.3. But in the nightly it has been
extended to cover the whole of the next system as well

  2. add a volta to the last measure before a system break (no matter if a manual or automatic one)
    or
  3. add a volta
  4. extend to to the end of the system

Expected result: the volta ends at the desired system break

Actual result: it spans to the next system break

Not just voltas, also pedal lines, hairpins etc.
