Using a build of 1.2 (5213) on Windows Vista.

1. Open attached score
Attaching seems broken right now (I get an upload error), so see below for steps to recreate.
2. Be sure you are not in Concert Pitch mode
3. Select first two measures of Melodica part
4. Ctrl-C (copy)
5. Select first measure of Alto Saxophone part
5. Ctrl-V (paste)

Expect result: the second measure of the Alto Saxophone should be G natural, with an explicit courtesy natural.
Actual result: the note is a Gb.

It appears the courtesy accidental is being copied verbatim (flat to flat, etc) rather than according to its actual effect. The flat on the Bb in the original was a courtesy only and did not change pitch, but the flat on the G in the copy appears to change pitch.

However, playback is correct, and if you then switch to Concert Pitch and back, the display of the accidental is corrected.

Since upload is not working, here's how to create the score:

1. New score with two parts: Melodica and Alto Saxophone
2. Key of Bb, 4/4, 4 measures long
3. Melodica part: first measure whole note B natural, second measure whole note Bb with explicit courtesy flat.
Not sure if this is a regression against 1.1 or not, as I no longer have that

This is still broken in c65f00f. No change in reported behavior. Copy and paste between staves of different transposition is still broken when not in Concert Pitch mode.
