Update templates for 2.1
All templates containing piccolo, string bass variants and/or "Percussion" staves need to be updated to reflect changes to instruments.xml, such as https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2781.

Isaac says he's done it, it just hasn't been merged yet, so the templates are still from 2.0.3 definitions. The only thing I saw merged was the Electric Bass definition which was included in 8620022 (or earlier).
