Adjusting page view % doesn't work upon score opening
When I first open a score and go to adjust the view percentage (let's say to 60%), doesn't matter, happens with any %, it won't adjust. I have to click somewhere in the score first and then go back up to the page view percentage number and change it.
Thanks!

I've noticed the score is not active until you click it somewhere. I often open it and use the find for a measure and nothing happens until a click the score then ctrl-f... I think the score should be active when it's loaded until the user makes it not active.
BTW, if you want the default zoom for all scores set to 60% then the menu Edit|Preferences... and the Score tab let you change the default.
Hmm, what OS are you on, and how exactly are you doing this? I tried opening a score via Ctrl+O then then clicking a score, which loaded the score, then immediately clicking the dropdown button in the zoom box and selecting a new zoom level with the mouse. This worked perfectly. Also clicking in the zoom box and hitting up arrow. So did typing a new zoom value then hitting Enter. I couldn't find a sequence that didn't work. This is on Windows 10. But maybe it depends on how you load the file?
I'm in windows 10 also and usually use the open recent option from the file menu to open a score.
That doesn't change anything for me. Can you provide *precise* steps to reproduce the problem? That would include attaching the score giving you problems.
I'll keep this problem in mind and make a report if I see it again. I changed my mouse in the last couple of days because my old one was automatically double clicking no matter what I did with the mouse settings. Having said that, I can't guarantee I have or haven't seen this since I replaced my mouse. Perhaps my mouse's second click was on the tool bar or some other non-score spot when it wasn't active.
