Replacing note with unconnected tie causes crash

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter note.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Click on note.
6. 'Tie'.
7. Enable 'Note Entry'.
8. Click on a note beginning at the same place as the note already entered.

Result: Crash.
