Ledger lines appear when hovering below and above stave with rest in Note Entry

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Click rest.
4. Move cursor below and above stave.

Desired result: Ledger lines don't appear.
Actual result: Ledger lines appear.
