no hooks

As I mentioned in https://musescore.org/en/node/175461#comment-680256 but I'm making an issue report now cause I don't see one.

Reprodcution steps:
1. input an isolation eighth note or smaller
Observe that there is no hook:

Note that if add another, will beam correctly. So this only applies to isolated notes that should have hooks.

I found neither the oldest nightly in the linux nightly app image osuosl folder f08d349 or newest 0d76609 display hooks. I'm on Arch Linux Mate now, but think I noticed this on windows as well.
