Text cursor is too big
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Double-click the stave text.
Result: The text cursor is too big.

It's better, but I think it's still a little too big.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (09e75ac) - Mac 10.7.5.
Perhaps other applications could be looked at to see what they do.
Do Apple, or whomever have guidelines?

This is too thin... Compare with unstyled text. It's more or less the same width.
Can we make it thinner (half of what it is now?), but not as thin as TextEdit?
