Nightly c513dd7, Win8 64-bit. This bug has been around for some time and it might have been reported before.

1. Create a new score with titles, multiple instruments and multiple pages
2. Drag any element to another page (be it rests, text, etc)
3. The element is no longer selectable. The only immediate solution is Ctrl-Z, but if that isn't done then how does the element get restored?

Personally, a score element should not be able to be dragged off its existing page, especially to other pages or off into the "grey" area around the page.

Still happening. I'm pretty sure there is another issue about this but can't find it currently?

One of the things to consider is that items can be dragged in continuous view, where there is no such thing as a page boundary to limit it.
Best case then would be to bring it back into page margins when rendering the page view; thus altering the position of the element, imho.

The workaround is to switch to continuous mode, select and delete or reset the element and switch back to page view
