Unicode character in filename messes the mscz file

Win 7 64bit / 770b64b

- Open some existing mscz file
- Save as täst.mscz (German umlaut)
- Close the file
- Open täst.mscz
- Musescore shows an empty page

I can confirm the Problem on Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Opening the .mscz with 7zip and then dragging the .mscx into MuseScore works. The Problem seems to be that the META-INF\container.xml uses Unicode, but Windows file system does not, it is using ISO-8859-1 instead?
