Drum palette doesn't appear when re-entering Note Entry
1. Create drum score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Disable 'Note Entry'.
4. Enable 'Note Entry'.
Result: The drum palette doesn't appear.
Workaround: Click on the stave for the drum palette to appear.

I can't reproduce with 2a8e23424f. I use N or Esc to go in and out of note entry.
Reopen if needed, with more details please. How do you enable/disable note entry?
