The expected result is from Harmony Assistant 9.6.3f. Please ignore the octave difference.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (d5997be) - Mac 10.7.5.

If I'm not wrong, this is a pretty weird tuplet. A quintuplet in a quarter note, should be a quintuplet of 16th no? Can guitar pro or tuxguitar create a tuplet of 5 16th note on a quarter? or will it always be 5 eight notes?
Coud it be that Harmony is wrong? TG doesn't display the same at all. The quintuplet is on a half note.

Thanks for the fix!

Note-wise, Guitar Pro 1.5.0 for iOS seems to show the same result as Harmony Assistant.

The notes and some other elements are a little different, but here is the transcription that the file was likely based on:
