Disallow nameless Staff Types
1. Create score.
2. 'General'>'Staff Types...'.
3. 'Create new standard type'.
4. Delete name.
5. 'OK'.
Result: The entry is added.
Discussion: A nameless entry is unlikely to serve a purpose, so I propose that it not be possible to create them - perhaps by greying out 'OK', displaying a dialogue or allowing it with a pre-filled name?

Greying ok without saying anything is not really nice. I like the prefilled idea. Something like (noname)?
When the staff type is created, it is pre-filled with something.
It could be similar to that?

Although the pre-filled name does appear when looking at the full entry, it doesn't in the sidebar.
