Bar lines too short after removing bottom piano staff

Windows 7, GIT commit: eee9f5f

1) Create score for piano
2) After score is created, go to Instruments dialog
3) Remove the bass clef staff, hit OK

Result: treble clef staff remains but with barlines that cover only top half of staff.
