Crash by cutting and undoing a time signature when a tie extends over it

Current 3.0. dev. / Windows 10

1) "Untitled" score

2) Add a new time signature in measure 2 (eg 3/4)

3) Enter a double whole note in measure 1: so, a tie or ties is/are formed

4) Cut the time signature of measure 2

5) Undo

Result: crash

As I had somewhat suspected at the time of the report, this issue seems to have the same root cause of the "other" issue. And also occurs on December 3, 2016. See: https://musescore.org/fr/node/233226#comment-751696

So, that would be another aspect, even a duplicate.
But an unexpected fact prevents me to do that (maybe an excess of precaution)

Indeed, with exactly the same configuration (also Revert to factory settings), nightly 042d5b4, and steps, I get a crash immediately after Undo by running Windows10 (laptop), but I have to do Undo-Redo to get it under Windows7 (desktop).
