"H" shortcut for entering fret 7 in tablature does not work

Windows 7, GIT commit: 61099d4

1) create score for one tablature instrument (might as well use french lute)
2) enter note input mode
3) press "H"

Result: nothing happens

I guess the shortcut is conflict with H for add crescendo.

"I" does not work either, as documented - you need to use "J" instead. But I wonder - assuming there need to be code changes to allow "H" to make it through, could those also apply to "I"? It's not like we really need "I" to active the instrument dialog while in tablature entry mode (although actually, I could see some trying it, to add a linked staff, say).
