Multi-line text overwrites itself with bottom or baseline alignment

1) new score
2) add composer text using two lines, as in:

Result: second line overwrites first

Experimenting, it seems this happens with bottom or baseline alignment, which is why it affects Composer text out of the box, but it also affects other text types if set to one of those alignments. Text set to middle alignment also overlaps from line to line, but only partially,

Line spacing isn't so hot even with top alignment. It's too close, to the point where the lower extension on "j" will overlap with capital letters.

Also, if you change font size after entering a multi-line text item, the change affects only line 1. I'm guessing these might be related so I'll refrain from submitting a separate issue for now.
