Would like more efficient entry of note transposition

I make arrangements, and in the course of my work, I often need to transpose a part up/down and octave, less often other intervals. Now each and every time I have to go through a significant number of clicks to say: transpose selection down one octave, which can get a bit tedious. The most inefficient part is having to select the interval, since it involves opening the dropdown and scrolling. What would solve this inefficiency would be to allow the transposition window to open up with the last action that I did. Just a suggestion. Great app by the way!! No complaints!!!
