Shift+letter shortcut adds wrong note for transposing instrument (with concert pitch off)
Windows 7, GIT commit: e534ccc
1) new score for Bb clarinet\
2) click first measure, press N
2) type C (should enter third space from bottom)
3) Shift+D
Result: you hear D (well, both pitches sound wrong as reported earlier), but displays as E
The actual depends on what octave your C was entered in, whether concert pitch is on or off, and whether you hit Shift+D immediately after entering the C or whether the first pitch was modified first (eg, C, Shift+Up, Shift+D produces a written *F*). You can get all sorts of random-looking results.
Presumably related to #25339: Notes entered with Concert Pitch off sound as wrong pitch and do not transpose but since it can affect note entry with concert pitch *on*, it does seem different.

This is still reproducible using the original steps for me, but with somewhat different symptoms:
1) new score for clarinet
2) make sure concert pitch is *off* (it normally would be by default)
3) enter C
4) shift+D
Expected a result: a D is added to the chord
Actual result: a note is added that sounds like a D, but displays as C natural
It seems it is adding the note as it would display with concert pitch *on*. Repeat this same experiment with an alto saxophone score and Shift+D enters a visual B (still sounds like D).
BTW, also a bump for #23930: Shift+<letter> in note entry ignores key signature. Might as well fix this as well. Seems like maybe broke last summer?
