Shortcut does not work on second program start

Hi,

I installed MuseScore 0.9.5 on my Windows XP.

I set the shortcut Shift+Ctrl+S for "Save as", and it works. (I also set: Program start - continue last session).
Then i close the program, start it again. Now the shortcut is shown in Preferences, but if i press Shift+Ctrl+S, nothing happens.

It worked in 0.9.4.
