Play repeat button does not result in correct playback

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Open MuseScore 3.
2. Close Start Center window.
3. Add any series of notes to measures 2 and 3.
4. On measure 2, add start repeat and end repeat markings. (Palettes > Repeats & Jumps > Start repeat / End repeat)
5. On the Playback Controls tool bar on top, click on "Play repeats" button to change its state (highlighted to un-highlighted and vice versa)
6. Select the first note of measure 2. Hit Play to start playback.

Expected behaviour:

If the Play repeats button is highlighted, the content of measure 2 is repeated. If the button is not highlighted, it is not repeated.

Actual behaviour:

The content repeats depending on the original state of the Playback repeats button, instead of the current state.
