Selecting text with mouse doesn't work
Scenario:
1. Add staff text to the note
2. Go to edit mode
3. Try to select text with left mouse button down + move

relates to #272131: [EPIC] Text editing issues
Unexpectedly, it works for frame text. Also, 'p' symbol issue (#270021: Problem typing letter "p" in system text) is not reproduced in the frame text.
i cannot repdoce this. Maybe already fixed?
Selecting and highlighting works, but moving again happens. There is no text dragging in 2.2.1.
Also, bold text appears when selecting symbols.

About moving text in edit mode, it appears on last Junuary 29, 2018.

NB: I don't understand/cannot reproduce about bold text when selecting symbols (which symbols? And steps?)
