When a ‘Technique’ Text item is added to a bar (measure) in a part, it then appears in the masterscore in ‘Staff’ style. - The text style is not matched, causing text to appear with the wrong size in the masterscore.
Well, you can add a staff or other text, then change style using Inspector. It's true that changes to style or properties are not linked. This is perhaps deliberate, in that we do maintain style separately for score and parts to allow for things to differ. but as with many such cases, probably the majority of cases one would rather things be linked by default but for there be a way to unlink on command where needed.
