See the attached score. It is 2.X score with enabled "autoplacement" checkbox.
Chord Symbols are too far from the staff above first 3 measures and too low and even touching the staff in the 5th and 7th measures:

The chord symbols touch the staff in 5. and 7.th measure bc. the default position for this objects is set to 0.0 in the score style.
The fret diagram and the chord symbol position was fixed in current master.
