Your image shows that, whilst not outside the system, the lyric doesn't spread to the edge.

Not sure if this should be closed or another issue filed/reopened.

Actually, the format Handrok obtained is the correct format - standard publishing protocol is for the lyric to spread not to the left-most edge of the system, but to just right-ward of the Cleff sign, as Handrok's example shows.
