yellow note and problems with Create multimeasure rest

f3 and notes above are yellow on screen and disturbing, when printing or saving in PDF, they are normal color. Any solution?
When I create multimeasure rests, pickup and time signature disappear, bar number at the beginning is for example 6 and multimeasure rests are not created equally, 16 bars are united to 6 and 10 instead 8+8. I didn't manage to do it like I wanted 8+8, rehearsal mark between disappears also. When creating multimeasure rest, irregular pickup bar is included in bar counting in multimeasure rests, later not, but is wrong at the beginning - music in the part starts bar to late.
