Dasboard/ by Score comments

Hello everybody. I need help, please. I cannot answer the comments neither in Dasboard nor in score side. Once I write the answer and press "save' it diappears and nothing happens. Moreover, I can see all comments in the scores but nothing in Dasboard except the latest one which as well disappears after few days. Has anybody experienced such a problem? How to handle it? I would be very grateful if you could help me. Leszko
