Empty treble clef score, no line breaks. Fill a system with quarter notes on middle C.

Result: notes are much closer together than on 2.x, problematically so I think:

I'd check what the style settings are saying, but that dialog seems to crash right now...

This actually got fixed recently, I guess the commit message must not have had the right magic to close the issue.
