Create two staves of music with an empty measure starting the top staff.
The implode puts the bottom staff's music in both voices of the top staff and undo fails to restore the top staff.
Found using OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0, revision: 026f90b

This is priority P1-High when you have data loss?
It's a critical severity because of data loss. P1 means it must be fixed in final release, not must be, but could be in beta. P0 defines all the issues must be fixed in beta.
