Repro steps:

  1. Select the measure rest in voice 2

  2. Press down
    Expected: The rest moves down but keeps it horizontal position
    Actual: The rest moves down and left

    Expected: The rest moves down quite a bit
    Actual: The rest disappears

It reappears when you stop moving it and hit Esc. But it's now unselectable.

FWIW, it doesn't really turn into a whole rest - it still has measure duration, And the layout fixes itself on the next relayout score.
