When One single note (from other than first staff) is selected and "Guitar vibrato" (or almost any other line) is clicked - the symbol is not placed above selected note but above the first staff.
When I select more notes, evertything seems to work correctly (the symbol is placed above seleced notes in proper staff).

This is true of many lines besides guitar vibrato. I thought I made an issue for it, but I can't find it right now.
For some lines, e.g. Voltas, this is even correct and desired

True, but I noticed it on a trill line.
See #278490: Lines placed above the top staff when single note selected.. I don't know if it's literally the same issue, but I assume this is what you were referring to.
