Create a score, for example SATB
Fill in notes
Fill in multiples lyrics verses
Verify "Align verse number' in Format -> Styles -> Lyrics is checked
Save score,

Results: Verse numbers of Lyrics are aligned
Close score

Reopen score
Results: Verse numbers are not aligned
An action in the score, as click on a lyrics does align verse numbers.

Confirmed. Load the score, verse numbers are not aligned, but as soon as you do any edit, the glitch is fixed. Might not seem that big a deal because it fixes itself, but it does mean if you load a score then immediately print, results are not correct.
