Accidentals are drawn before the barline or on top of certain measures, not all. I used the symphony orchestra template.

Can you tell us where in particular you see a problem? I don't notice anything in particular that looks off using a current build, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

Reproducibility Always ⇒ Once

UPDATE: The problem was occurring on measures 5-7 in the brass parts. After I posted the original comment, I closed Musescore. When I reopened the score the problem was gone. I changed the reproducibility to once. If I see it again I will take a screenshot as well as upload the score. Thanks!
