Open the attached score and take the reset. Double-click on the hairpin in measure 8 and press the shift button.
Result: The handles drop down below the hairpin.

Confirmed, but as far as I can tell, everything still works correctly. Let us know if you see any actual incorrect layout resulting from this temporary UI glitch.

Ensures that updateGrips() is always called after score->endCmd()
so actual layout data are used._
