Measure Rests laid out incorrect x position in measure after adjusting their x/y offset

Selecting a measure rest and then adjusting the x or y offset (by either pressing up/down button or editing the inspector) will result in the measure rest being displayed in the incorrect x position in the measure:

Instead of being offset relative to the measure's initial tick at the left end of the measure, they should rather be laid out offset to the center of the measure.

This problem also has side effects of auto-placement not adjusting above or below elements not being readjusted, as well as it being hard to actually re-select the misplaced measure rest by clicking on it with the mouse sometimes.
