The notification of whether I want to update by myself or automatically is showing up all the time and the buttons don't react at all so I can't finish the notification window.

The notification appears in Japanese but this is basically asking if I want MuseScore to keep updated automatically. I tried both bottoms, but it keeps showing. Every time I open MuseScore this pops up.
Even though it's in Japanese, it should help a programmer understand what's happening. I suspect one will respond to this thread in a few hours when they wake up and start looking at the night's activities.

I can still use the app but it surely annoys me to think to go back to MuseScore 2, and I guess other have the same problem. I hope it'll be solved.

That what I actually did. Can you see the rest of the sections are in English, besides the pop?
I also noticed when I shout down the MuseScore it often (not every time) says it is ended by unexpected reason.
I just did a factory reset as you said, and it seems worked!
I might have asked a very basic question, I'm sorry about that. But thank all of you for helping me out.
No need o appoligize at all, that dialog should not have happend and I have no idea why it did nor why a factory reset fixed it, but am glad that it did

What is the bug. A title is very insufficient. Don't worry if your English is bad.

Which version are you in? Press the square next to the build number and it will copy the info so you can paste it into your reply.
It says Version 3.0.1.20439
I've just downloaded to switch from mususcore2, so it's supposed to be the latest.

There are still a few bugs to work out in version 3. I don't recognize your exact problem, though I could be wrong.
You could temporarily switch language to English, restart, get that message, screenshot and post here.

switching to english and then restart should give that message in English
Please, after that, try a factory reset (via the Help menu)
