Hide system barlines check box has no effect

Confirmed. To be clear, this was only actually designed to work for the topmost staves of a system, and that's how it worked in 2.3.2, although only if there were more than two staves, from what I can tell. But it no longer does even that.

So:

1) new score for three instruments
2) right click top staff, staff properties
3) hide system barline, OK

Result: system barline is not hidden
