1.Make your score pages in the Landscape page setting
2. Make your parts in the Portrait page setting.
3. Attempt to extract your pdf of score-and-parts.
4. All pages are horizontal and the music is cut off for the parts.

Thanks for report. Known issue and duplicate of #283523: Error exporting parts when conductor is in a different format (A3/A4, Landscape/Portrait)
