If you are inserting a title (or other text that appears in the "title" frame such as composer or subtitle) into a score and you are not viewing the top of the first page, you will not be able to see what you are typing. You should be moved to the top of the first page when inserting such text.

Also, if no note or rest is selected and staff (or a similar type) of text is inserted, a dialog box will appear. The checkbox at the bottom says, "Show this message again". This should probably be improved by changing the text to "Don't show this message again".

Confirmed. I recall this having been an issue in earlier versions and then fixed, but somehow it's not working in 2.3.2 or in 3.0.5 or in current master builds.

I'm not sure about this. I use "Add Title" to insert a title in a frame besides the first frame and it works as I expect.

The bug is triggered when adding title to a frame that does not already have a title frame. The score is not repositioned when you do the Add / Title. Same in 2.3.2

The first part is already fixed; the second part isn't convincing enough to be a suggestion: the message boxes of Visual Studio have "Always show this message", and I don't see a problem.
