Je viens de modifier dans préférence la langue utilisée de Anglais vers Français, j'ai fermé et rouvert muse score et depuis il y a un écran noir. Je précise que je suis sur iMac.

What version are you using? This was a know issue in version 2.0.3 but has long been fixed. If you are not comfortable communicating in English then use the French forum at https://musescore.org/fr/forum
