Define a shorcut that uses the right arrow as the second key to press.
Use the shortcut (I have a natural sign as ctrl+r then Right arrow)
Result: selection moves to the next note or rest to the right.
Expected: In version 3.2.3 and earlier (for several years) the note would have a natural attached to it.

Workaround is of course not to use the right arrow (and I suspect the left arrow) in a shortcut, but this will change the workflow I've used for years.

Note that up and down arrows in shortcuts work as expected.

Comments

I can confirm this doesn't work. I'm not aware of any changes in the shortcut-processing code on our end, I wonder if this is a change in Qt (we went from 5.9 to 5.12)?

EDIT: hmm, actually, now it does work for me.
