La suppression des n-olets n'est pas compensée : soit il reste un
n-olet de silences, soit le n-olet disparaît de la mesure mais sans être
remplacé par un silence équivalent et pas moyen d'en sortir sans
supprimer la mesure et la recréer
It's impossible to delete a tuple: the notes are well deleted, but not the tuple itself. You en up with a tuple of rests.
The only workaround is to insert a new bar then copy/paste what you want to retain.

You can delete a tuplet. Select the bracket and press delete and the entire tuplet will be deleted. If you want to change the notes from a tuplet to non tuplet, you must delete the tuplet and reenter the notes. This is by design. You should ask for help in the forums rather than creating issues until you are sure they are a bug.
select any element of the tuplet, in Inspector down at the bottom select tuplete, Del, voila.
