There would a lot to reproduce from the book, so I refer people to pages 225-9 of 'Behind Bars' regarding the presentation of tremolo (e.g. positioning, angle and length).

Attachments include the score (produced in 1.3) and images of how it appears in 2.0. It's incomplete, because it either isn't possible, or I'm unaware how to input the examples.
