Copy/Paste of lyrics is as far as I can see not possible. I can select lyrics using the selection box, and press Ctrl-C, but selecting a note somewhere else and pressing Ctrl-V does not insert the lyrics as I would expect. This feature would greatly improve usability for choral-music as it would allow you to avoid typing the same lyrics 4+ times.

Tested with 0.9.5 and 0.9.6-r2148

Normal copy/paste does work, only a lyric selected with "lasso select" cannot copy/paste. Fixed in rev. 2171

Copy paste of "lasso selected" lyrics doesn't seem to work for me.

Open Adeste.mscx demo file
Lasso select all lyrics in the first full measure
Edit > Copy
Select first note in fourth full measure (treble staff)
Edit > Paste

(Tested using r. 2176, Windows XP)

In latest nightly build 2496, this does still not work in any way I can think of. I cannot copy/paste lyrics at all...
