For the following elements (I might have missed some more of them):
- Tuplet
- ChordLine (in Arpeggios&Glissandi section of Palettes)
- Image
1) Add an element to a score
2) Enter edit mode (double-click)
3) Adjust some of its grips
4) Leave edit mode
5) Undo
Result: the change produced by grip change is not reverted, some other change might be reverted instead.
This issue seems to exist in all MuseScore 3.X versions.
